Automated Operating System Upgrade

New release available!
You can now update your system to version 202502, which includes several important improvements… and access to the operating system upgrade to Debian 12 (Bookworm)!

The update happens in two phases:

Phase 1 – Update to release 202502:
This includes new versions of:

• Mailman 3.3.10

• Rocket.Chat 7.5.0

• Docker 5.28

Once this phase is completed, you'll be able to start the operating system upgrade process.

Phase 2 – Upgrade to Debian 12:
To continue, you'll need to generate a report from the control panel, on the same update page. This report checks whether there are any manual configurations that might interfere with the automated process.
Once the report is approved, the option to upgrade to Debian 12 will be enabled directly in the control panel.

During the upgrade:

• A temporary system account will be created to allow our technical team to assist you in case of failure. It will be automatically deactivated once the process is completed.

• A backup of files and databases will be made in case something goes wrong.

• Once you confirm everything is working properly, you can delete these backups from the Trash in the control panel to free up space.

Systems upgraded to Debian 12 will also receive newer versions of:

• MongoDB 7.0

• PostgreSQL 15

• MariaDB 10.11

• Python 3.11

🕒 Important: The operating system upgrade may take longer than usual and could make your services inaccessible for a few minutes. Choose the right moment to apply it.
